You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activity under it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

3. Nature of the Service

Blinderz is a platform designed to facilitate connections between users. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or outcomes. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users and are not responsible for user conduct.

4. User Conduct (Strict)

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
Share false, misleading, or impersonated identities
Post sexually explicit, illegal, or exploitative content
Solicit money, scam, or engage in fraud
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or dangerous real-world activity

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Safety Disclaimer

You understand and agree:

You interact with other users at your own risk
Blinderz is not responsible for in-person meetings
You are solely responsible for your personal safety

We strongly recommend meeting in public places and exercising caution.

By using the Service, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with interacting with other users, including both online and offline interactions.

You release Blinderz LLC from any and all claims, demands, or damages arising out of or related to interactions with other users.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Blinderz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for operation and improvement of the Service.

You represent that you have all rights to the content you submit.

7. Moderation & Enforcement

Blinderz may:

Monitor activity
Remove content
Ban users
Cooperate with law enforcement

We are not obligated to monitor all content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Users whose accounts are terminated may not create new accounts without our permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all design, text, graphics, logos, and functionality, is owned by Blinderz LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

11. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, including:
